3D Printing

  • Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) - What most people imagine when thinking of 3D printing. Rolls of plastic filament are heated to melting point and extruded through a nozzle with CNC precision. Multiple layers are stacked to form a solid or semi-solid object. Filaments come in a wide range of colors and material types and may contain additives such as carbon fiber.

  • Stereolithography (MSLA) - Commonly referred to as “resin printing”. A vat of liquid resin is cured with UV light one layer at a time, slowly building up the finished part. Different resins can be mixed to combine material qualities like stiffness, flex, and stress-resistance. Ideal for smaller parts which require a high level of detail.

 

Epoxy Resin

All things are possible with the proper application of epoxy! Check out our gallery for examples of tables, wine stoppers, refrigerator magnets, charcuterie boards, and even wall art. Pairing 3d printing with silicone mold making and epoxy casting makes for unlimited possibilities!

 

Modeling and Casting

We have experience working with all manner of Smooth-On products for silicone mold making and duplication of parts in a variety of final materials and finishes.

 

Laser Cutting and Engraving

Our 60 Watt CO2 laser cabinet means that the sky is the limit when it comes to marking, engraving, and cutting on a variety of materials such as paper, wood, acrylic, leather, and many more. A customer favorite is our acrylic LED lamps. We will be adding engraved tumblers to our inventory soon.
